Ross Norgrove
TEG Projects Director
Ross has spent more than 25 years in the manufacturing sector, with broad international engineering management roles. He co-founded TEG in 2011 after managing the Goodman Fielder group technical and engineering team for five years.
This team provided capital project management and machine safety services to over 20 manufacturing sites. Machine safety has been a priority and specialty for Ross throughout his career, and with TEG he continues to provide professional, world-class machine safety consulting services.

- Chartered Professional Engineer CPEng, IntPE, CMEngNZ
