Once you’ve completed Machine Safety Risk Assessments for your plant or site, and implemented the required fixes, upgrades or design changes, you’ll need independent equipment validation which is by nature a highly technical task. TEG Risk has a team of Independent Validation Consultants who can review upgraded machinery and OEM equipment to ensure that safety design has been implemented correctly, your machines work safely, and meet current safety requirements.
Our Validation Services ensure we meet the internal requirements of our individual clients. We can validate work in accordance with international regulations, as well as current safety standards (AS/NZS 4024:2014) and ISO variants:
- Safety concepts (ISO 12100)
- Mechanical aspects (e.g. ISO 13857)
- Functional safety elements, including safety controller software (ISO 13849).
