TEG Risk consultants 100% TÜV qualified

Machine safety certified

Clients can be confident that the TEG Risk team all have top notch qualifications and credentials.

That’s the word from TEG Risk Director Hamish Baker who is committed to supporting continuous professional development.

“We’re all highly skilled and experienced and have the highly regarded TÜV certification related to machine safety.”

Hamish says TÜV is the German organisation setting the international benchmark for safety
certification.

“You can’t get these qualifications without 3-5 years practical experience in the field, a suitable tertiary engineering qualification and by passing the TÜV exams,” says Hamish.

“No matter where we are working in the world these are qualifications that are well recognised and put us at the top of our field.”

Congratulations to:

  • Warren Wagener obtained TÜV Saar – Certified Functional Safety Application Expert Status – in December 2018. This is a very demanding, high-level course with limited numbers of certified TÜV functional safety personnel in NZ. This qualification builds on Warren’s outstanding practical experience.
  • Barry Kleine and James Hayter received their CMSE®- Certified Machinery Safety Expert (TÜV Nord) status in November 2018

These new achievements complement the TÜV certifications of Oliver Smith (December 2016), Charles Webb (Dec 2017) and Hamish Baker (February 2013).

“In addition to the TÜV certifications of the team, we’d also like to recognise that Charles Webb
obtained his Electrical Service Technician Registration in October 2018,” says Hamish.
