This webinar recording is designed for directors and senior safety professionals looking to strengthen their approach to machine safety. In this session, Hamish Baker reviews the most important developments from 2024, outlines the key trends and regulatory shifts expected ahead, and demonstrates practical ways to apply MinRisk’s latest software updates across your organisation.

Whether you’re refining your safety strategy or preparing for upcoming compliance changes, this recording provides clear insights and actionable tools to support more effective, resilient safety practices.

TEG Risk Webinar: Machine Safety Nuggets

This webinar recording features Charles Webb, CMSE® (TÜV Nord) and Senior Safety Engineer at TEG Risk, delivering a clear, standards-driven review of today’s most critical machine-safety requirements.

Drawing on extensive practical experience, Charles explains how organisations can move beyond minimal compliance toward demonstrably safer plant operation, unpacking the lesser-known but essential insights embedded in the AS 4024 standards.

TEG Risk Webinar: Conveyor Safety

This webinar recording explores the essential safety requirements for conveyor systems, led by TEG Risk Machine Safety Expert Andrey Zhidkov alongside Hamish Baker.

In this one-hour session, Andrey provides clear, practical guidance on navigating the overlapping AS/NZS 4024.3610–3614 standards, explaining when and how to apply each one to improve safety outcomes and demonstrate compliance.

TEG Risk Webinar: Reset and Restart

This webinar recording explores one of the most overlooked elements of machine safety: reset and restart logic under ISO 13849-1:2023. Led by machine safety expert Keshawa (K.C.) Senaratne alongside Hamish Baker, the session explains how flaws in reset or restart design can dramatically reduce a system’s Performance Level, sometimes from PL e to PL c, despite otherwise robust safety controls.

TEG Risk Webinar: Winstone Wallboards

This webinar recording features TEG Risk Director Hamish Baker in conversation with Shaun Sanders, Engineering Manager at Winstone Wallboards Tauranga, exploring how safety was designed into every layer of their new plasterboard manufacturing facility.

The session unpacks the project’s guiding ambition, ensuring no one gets hurt during construction or operations, and how that vision shaped early risk assessments, HAZOPs, Safety in Design decisions, contract frameworks, and the integration of remote isolation systems and digital tools.
