Real wood processing experience, in-house

Machine safety in wood processing isn't something you learn from a standards document alone. Our team includes engineers with direct sector backgrounds: Barry Kleine, TEG Risk's Operations Manager NZ, brings over 30 years of equipment reliability experience with a background in wood processing, including senior roles managing equipment reliability internationally. Ken Camden, one of our Safety Engineers, has more than 28 years in the timber industry, working directly with industrial machinery fault-finding, maintenance, electrical design and PLC control systems. That means when we assess a mill or timber processing site, we understand how the equipment actually runs, not just how it's meant to run on paper.
